North Bridge in Keene will safely connect 5,000 people in West Keene to the downtown area by carrying the Cheshire Rail Trail across Route 9/10/12 (2010/2011) Cheshire Rail Trail will be improved to hardpack from North Bridge to Whitcombs Mill Road (2011) Ashuelot Rail Trail will be improved to hardpack from Route 101 in Keene to Sawyers Crossing Road in Swanzey (2011) Cheshire Rail Trail will be improved to asphalt through the Center at Keene and Colony Mill Marketplace properties (tbd)
